The Frail's new single is an "Automatic" hit

The Frail, from sunny San Francisco, are a synth-pop group with infectious melodies and soulful grooves. Their latest tune "Automatic," is a fun synth-filled track, that vocally reminds me a bit of old school Michael Jackson. "Automatic" opens up with an arpeggiating line, which immediately grabs your attention. Once Daniel Lannon's vocals come in, you're locked into the tune for good.

Be on the look out for The Frail's new LP LoveDeathLegend available August 26. Lannon and Kevin Durr took a different approach when it came to working on their latest project. According to Lannon, they recorded half and full songs live over the course of a few months. After several weeks of writing, the dyad felt they had enough material for a full-length album. On LoveDeathLegend, they worked with producer Patrick Brown, Michael Franti, and So Many Wizards. Enjoy "Automatic" below.
