We just got JADE's cover of Rudimental's hit "Free" dropped into our inbox, and it was so nice that we had to cover it. We love when an artist can take a track and truly make it their own, and this is just the case. By creating her own acoustic-based rendition of one of 2013's best tracks, Canada's own, JADE, was able to breathe new life into the song. And it doesn't hurt that she put together an awesome video to match.
Guitarist Rob Young created the simple, yet powerful, arrangement for "Free" to compliment JADE’s soulful sound. Her stunning vocals shine through on the track beautifully, and her on-camera presence is reflected in full form throughout the accompanying music video.
