Astronaut Gang is about to be a problem for every wack group out there. The Michigan based group of rappers and producers have been hard at work this year with projects like The SEVENth's "13th Hour" and Savon's Always And Forever and are poised to be the next big hip hop collective. Although Soulection favourite Sango arguably the most well known memeber of the group, Joose is quickly rising up the ranks and making a name for himself as a well-rounded emcee.

While his latest project, Cruise Control, was a solid listen, we have a soft spot for the Brock Berrigan produced "California Girls." Unlike The Beach Boys song of the same name, this one is a straight hip hop slow burner that is best enjoyed on a breezy Sunday afternoon. Joose's easygoing rhymes involving his penchant for sea side females pairs well with the equally mellow beat that we can't get enough of.
