Kicks N Licks is the name of a duo that has been increasingly popular over the past few months. Based out of Encinitas, California, the two work very hard and diligently to make sure they are a name that is not easily forgotten. With this release titled “Morning Light” off forthcoming EP ‘Momentum’ on BORN records, I'm thoroughly convinced that Kicks N Licks is here to stay.
They are more commonly known in the bass community for making Dubstep, but they've stepped out of that realm to bring us a beautifully structured masterpiece with a chord progression that will make you melt inside, harmonies that will bring you up, and graceful vocals done by the lovely K. Emeline that will make you whole once more.
There is no exaggeration when I say that I’m very much in love with this tune and there is no end in sight of how many times I will hit the replay button. The whole EP set to be released August 12th. Make you sure don't sleep on it.
