“Bass” music is essentially an umbrella term, which encompasses electronic genres from drum n’ bass to dubstep and nearly everything in between. But all of the genres used share the key elements of an extreme emphasis on basslines, grooves and rhythm. UK based producer Rogue is the epitome of an artist who has delved hard into this modern hybrid of EDM and touched on a notoriously hard to define genre. With “Night After Night” he returns to the Vancouver based Monstercat label, and from what we heard he's extremely humble about his productions and truly a rarity in the EDM industry. This track is the perfect balance of high-powered electro and the darker, more menacing elements that can be found in these different sub-genres. Based on this track, we believe that he'll ultimately have a triumphant return to both Monstercat and the EDM world in general.
