We love introducing new artists to the world that have that indescribable "X-factor" to them the moment you listen to them. Morningsiders, a young folk-pop band out of New York, have just released an up-tempo, feel good, and most importantly impressive release with "Empress." The record's piano melody is addicting, the clapping beat jubilant, and has vocals that hit you in utterly euphoric fashion. The young group, consisting of Magnus Ferguson, Reid Jenkins, Rob French, and Sam Sugerman, sings of an ever-relatable romance that places the optimum emotional complement to a delightful and cheerful listen. Check out the new band's release below, and while you're at it have a listen to their simultaneous release of "Welcome Rain."
