While we were all loosening our belts after our wonderful holiday meals this past weekend, there were some young artists who were tightening things up for big releases, namely Special Features and Ansølo. The pair, working from opposite sides of the Atlantic, have released their first track together called “Unite”.
The title alone gives a taste of pure spirit and strength, which isn’t a big surprise given that both artists are backed by some serious power players, all while only skimming the ages of 20 & 21. And these two show they’re no amateurs, leading “Unite” off with a big bounce beat and shifting shuffles that gain momentum until you just can’t take it and have to let the “Woo!” out. The charged energy and circuitous sounds will have you ready to join in and dance behind these two progressive house heroes.
