KitSch 2.0 and Damien N-Drix drop that "Ass" [Premiere]

Headed by one of my favorite producers in the business, John Dahlback, Mutants Records continues to be a bastion for quality music releases. 2014 saw two standouts already, the riveting electro/progressive "Breathe" by Helena and the Lunde Brothers compilation from March, which turned out to be the second ever installment of Mutants Presents. With spring in full swing, it's time for another attention-grabbing track, this time a collaboration between a duo and solo act from France, KitSch 2.0 and Damien N-Drix. In fact both artists hail from Marsailles and have been in contact for a while, making the task of working together a seamless project, evidenced by the stellar production that is "Ass".

Crafting a heavy electro sound, the track's humorous title suddenly becomes serious, as the need to get down quickly overtakes you. Underneath the bassline rises a pulsating, refined grind that transforms into the track's melody, punctuated by vocal clips and crisp claps. DJ Mag already featured the track a few weeks ago, alongside the likes of R3HAB and Laidback Luke, so you know it's not to be trifled with. Look for the release on April 28th off Mutants.
