I know I'm not the only one who's been patiently waiting for Mystic Connecticut's trance son to return to the place where he saw his most influential hits of last year. Well today it's happened: following last year's "Iris" and "Wayfarer," Audien has taken a look back on his success with Anjunabeats to release "Hindsight" on the label today. After a radio play-worthy hit through his most recent remix Bastille's "Pompeii," "Hindsight" is a bit of a different approach to the chord-heavy instrumentals that have become his signature and demanded style. A bit more progressive and uplifting, the track is as piano-heavy as ever, in a way that just brews excitement to hear it again live, and more importantly, outside in the sunshine.
