There's a massive new sound coming out of Philly right now, and if you haven't heard of power duo Louis Futon yet, then you need to start catching up – like right now.
With a funky, chilled-out, early summer vibe, this remix of Logic's "Break It Down" is about to become your new anthem for the next couple of months. If you have heard it, you know the original definitely has a somewhat darker vibe – but Louis Futon did a complete 180 and made it one of the best feel-good songs out there right now. Most of the verses were left in tact, so if you know the lyrics (or want to learn them), you can still rap along to your favorite bits.
If you like what you hear, be on the lookout for their self-titled EP set for release next month. It will feature three originals and two remixes, all out for free via Beatport, iTunes, and Spotify. To tide you over before then, though, get your download of "Break It Down" and then show these boys some love on one of their social media platforms.
