Iman Omari has continued to release high quality work at a dizzying rate, further establishing his place in the current r&b landscape. With his heavily distorted samples filtered through layers of reverb, softly melting inside of the multiple synthesizers slowly floating around his smooth high pitched voice, every song he delivers is further proof of Omari's welcomed creativity. Not satisfied with just taking the reigns behind the microphone, he also produces a large percentage of his work, giving it a distinctive vibe.

On Omari's latest project, High-Loops, he uses his unique styles and applies it to the Ryan Leslie classic cut, "Addicted". The original track was a fusion of r&b and pop sensibilities, served with an infectious hook and a bright, boisterous instrumental. Iman Omari stripes away all of the fluffiness, leaving only the raw soulful lyrics alone. He inserts a mellow beat for the backdrop, which highlights his vocal performance and the all around mood of most of his work. Although it has lost some of the necessary pop elements that made the track a hit, it is still a fantastic rendition that can have some serious replay value.
