You better crack a window or grab a fan, this one is coming in hot. Recent Grammy nominee Dpat and prodigy producer Atu have teamed up once again to bring us up to speed on how smooth and sensual electronic music can really be. The Soulection duo targeted a fresh song by another two-man team by the name of Abhi//Dijon, who have a progressive and new r&b style mindset. Those of you who already had prior knowledge of these artists know why we have drool seeping from the corners of our mouths.
Silky, buttery, and suave are yet only a few words to describe Abhi//Dijon's latest song, "Let You Know". However, Dpat and Atu did the unthinkable and remixed it into a steamy, sonic sauna. Right off the bat, you'll hear that signature piano that Atu is so fond of while Dpat lays down the iron to flatten it all out into a smooth textured delight. The original foundation is still very much alive, as it oozes r&b through vocal samples and loops. Be sure to give the original a spin too.
