Misterwives' "Reflections" gets a dirty moombahton treatment from Flaxo

We've come to expect only the best from Flaxo. The NYC producer's lush melodic expertise and distinctive heavy drops has made his catalogue a consistent string of bangers that have yet to disappoint. Keeping things fresh, Flaxo has turned to the indie pop band Misterwives and their hit record "Reflections." The Misterwives track has that uplifting indie-dance vibe that made it a prime candidate to be given a heavy dance bite. Flaxo combines the best of indie and his own sound with his latest release, providing a hard-hitting moombahton flip with gritty bass lines that still keeps the original record's best attributes in tact. The track leads in with a soothing melody and percussion beat uplifted by the familiar Misterwives vocals that you will lose yourself in. But when things start to transition darker, you know you're in for a staggering drop that will make you want to break everything in sight. Flaxo's "Reflections" flip is truly a beautiful piece of work, and your library will surely be missing out without this record. Lucky for you, Flaxo is giving this one out as a free download. Check it out below, and look at your reflection in the mirror as this one drops.
