G.S.ONE drops "I Was Just Thinking" from forthcoming 'Lucid Dreams' EP

Rising UK record label Big People Music is home to some of the UK's most exciting talents. DJ's such as Madam X, Darka and Phaze One, as well as mysterious Mancunian producer G.S.ONE are just a few faces on the UK based label. And it's from G.S.ONE that we get the first release of 2014 from the label, as he gears up to release his Lucid Dreams EP.

Having dropped the first track from the EP "Pillow Talk" earlier in the week, the curious beatsmith has now released another cut entitled "I Was Just Thinking". The Manchester native enlists the help of fellow city dweller and talented emcee Fallacy, who drops in to spit a few well put together bars, and another Manchester talent in Tyler Daley who delivers a scintillating chorus that really delivers a soulful side of the track. The beat that G.S.ONE has conjured up is an ambient, R&B banger, with spacey synths colliding on top of a drum beat that instantly makes you want to get up and move. This is definitely one of the most exhilarating releases that I've heard this year so far without a doubt, and is a cut above a lot of the future beats coming out of the UK at the moment.

As an added bonus, I have included the stream to the first track taken from G.S.ONE's upcoming Lucid Dreams EP, entitled "Pillow Talk", which you can listen to below. Be sure to keep an eye out for the full EP which will be made available to buy from March 3rd.
