Terrell Morris is the latest rapper to get the Eric Dingus treatment, as the Toronto emcee spits his new “Shallow Hal” track over a ghoulish beat. Morris was formerly known as T.City, but he’s switched it up and opted for realism as he looks ahead to his upcoming mixtape On Y Va, which is pencilled in for a spring release.
Dingus was the focus of a recent EARMILK interview, where he spoke of his sonic inspiration from Japanese horror movies. In this new track, you can find yourself swept up by the chilling severity of the hard-as-hell beat while Morris executes an unorthodox flow with minimal effort: “Slanging dope off my iPhone, n**** this’ audio coke, sniff it and blow, woah, you want it I got it, I’m pitching it yo.”

“Shallow Hal” sees this rapper/producer combo sell us a deep concoction of all things sleek and dark. Both parties will hope to build on the edgy product they’ve put together here, with a lot eyes on Dingus (including Drake’s OVO camp), and Morris’ new tape on the horizon.
