Telescope Thieves kicks off his monthly project with "V"

Telescope Thieves (Mario De Los Santos) is pushing his musical ambitions further this year with a release every month for an entire year. He currently has a small, loyal following, but it is slowly but surely growing with each tune he cranks out. His style is pretty eclectic, ranging from chillwave to downtempo to experimental. However, there is an undertone of mellowness woven into each of his tracks. The first blend of the year for Telescope Thieves is called "V". Within the song, you'll hear plenty of chopped vocal samples with trap-esque snares. "V" proves to be a dynamic track by changing form at the half way checkpoint. The tempo tapers off to the point of having just the vocals. But soon after, it collects itself again to have all the elements fall into place to achieve highly textured layers. It's yet another example of how the chaotic and unusual can meet harmony and unison.

Hit it below and steal away into lala land.

The name is Phil. I've been with EARMILK for handful of years now. I love all sorts of music, and I tend to change up what type of music I'm into throughout the year. However, one thing is certain: I love anything chill and mellowed out. A lot of the time, you'll see me covering smooth, chilled out grooves through our infamous Daily 2% series. 80 BPM is love, 80 BPM is life.
