I'm just waiting for Argentina to take over the music world, with Argentinian producer Chris Schweizer as one of the forces. A frequent collaborator of Armada Music, Schweizer has broken out of his shell to partner with Captivating Recordings on a two-track EP aptly entitled Phoenix / The Secret with both singles moving swiftly up the Beatport trance charts. While both "Phoenix" and "The Secret" have almost identical sounding introductions, they develop into their own breed of progressive trance led by melody and booming presence. And after listening to this EP, we can only hope to see an artist album from Schweizer one day.
