Most noted for the 2012 track "In My Mind", which seemed to grace every festival set for a period of time, Ivan Gough proves he also has a darker side. Many of his productions, "Kukatu" being a recent example, don't reach the brightness found in his breakaway release, but "M1" takes this even further. A free download for reaching 100k Facebook fans, the collaboration with Chardy rolls on with an undulating, bass-aligned synth and faint glitchy touches. In fact, the understated track never reaches too high, instead plowing through the underground in a Tron-like fashion.
