2013 was the year of "Animals", an electro progressive track that seemed almost inescapable at points, but still drove crowds mad when dropped in festival sets. Of course, such a massive song will be sure to spawn many remixes and edits, and we have enjoyed many of them, ranging from Bronning's break-neck trance revision to Botnek's multi-leveled, electro house rendition. However, today marked the release of 3 new remixes: one each of dubstep, hip-hop, and house. Oliver Heldens provides us with the last work, a track that touches on many genres through break beat stops and a flattening of the signature "Animals" sound. You may recognize Heldens' name from his recent "Gecko" release on Musical Freedom, as well as other songs out on Cr2 and Flashover, which makes him one to watch in 2014.
