Japanese house dj/ producer duo Boys Get Hurt have a history of pumping up the energy and feel good vibes. Tracks from artists like Chela, Miami Horror, Yelle, Foster the People, and REFLEX have all gotten a boost of fun from Boys Get Hurt’s filtered French house touch. The duo is also notorious for giving away their masterpieces for free on Facebook and Soundcloud. This one is no different.
An original piece, “While I’m In Doors” is an instrumental track that rides a catchy melody over a soundscape of layered synths. The absence of vocals really lets you focus on how infectious their sound is. Boys Get Hurt says it’s not supposed to be dancey, but I’m having a hard time with that. I can’t help but to dance!
