It's been hectic few weeks for one of Sacremento's hottest exports, Lee Bannon. He released his Place Crusher EP ten days ago, which also coincided with the announcement that the young producer has signed to legendary London label, Ninja Tune. With a plethora of tracks under his belt in such a young career, the Cali native has come a long way so far, working with the likes of Joey Bada$$ and Ab-Soul on some real nice joints.

Now he's decided to release another new track on us, a remix of the Kanye West track "Bound 2". Bannon has completely flipped the original on it's head, turning it from hip hop banger, to a drum & bass tinged smash. The added jungle style drum pattern sit well over the original Charlie Wilson hook, whilst snippets of Kanye's verse creep in before getting cut up. Towards the end of the track, Bannon completely changes the tempo and goes for a more trap and hip hop like feel, which surprisingly fits in with no problems.

You can purchase the Place Crusher EP over at Bannon's Bandcamp. His debut album on Ninja Tune is set for release on 9th December, and we should hear more information on this in the coming months.
