Sunil Heera, otherwise known as XO, has remixed the feisty summer track, “Be Mine,” making a tune that not only does justice to the original by Blonde, but also shows that the UK based producer knows what it means to be innovative. XO picks up the pace, messes around with pitch, and pushes house levels off the diving board and into the deep end. At about 2:45 in, XO adds in a suspenseful bridge full of string and piano sounds and effective drum beats, transporting your ears to an auditory climax until finally, you find yourself sliding down the pulsating slope that is a deep UK house groove.
