Guys, I have a confession to make: I've been able to listen to trap music for only a few months. I really didn't like it at first, either because I wasn't introduced to the good tracks, or because I was too narrow-minded. When it became mainstream, the little hipster in me told me to restrain myself from starting listening to it, so I never really bothered to give it a shot. But that was before I saw Diplo perform a set in an overheated bar in Brussels. Since then, I’ve been trying to catch up and my mind is changing bit by bit every time I discover a great trap producer.
Today, I’d like to introduce you to one of the artists that are contributing to my slow conversion. Hailing from New York, Sam Lassner (aka Prince Fox) is gradually making a name for himself. I first heard of him for his Electro releases, but his trap remixes are the kind of bangers you’d like to hear more in clubs.
