I woke up this morning to an email from someone over at the Lucid Group in the UK telling me he thought of me when he heard this song. Now this is not something I am not used to as a music media outlet. However, if you have been following my recent posts and outright bursts of obsession with the UK dance scene at the moment, than this track is for you.

Today’s track comes from Scottish electronic producer Colin Baile, aka Drums of Death, a man who has been ruling the underground for quite some time and has Annie Mac and Hot Chip on his side singing their praises. Joining forces with the vocally gifted British beauty Yasmin, the duo strikes gold on their latest release “True.” The super sexy track is a cool fusion of r & b vibes, garage grooves and alluring vocals, making for an irresistible beat. The track comes hot off his forthcoming sophomore album set for release on July 14th via Black Butter Records.  Colin says he makes “electronic music for bodily movement. You're in my house now.” That we are Mr. Baile, my hats 'true-ly' off to you.
