Thanks to trails blazed by folks like The Weeknd and James Blake, we've been able to witness the onslaught of electronic R&B (or label it how you will) which in turn has created huge entry points for artists like the falsetto singer/producer Tom Krell (a.k.a. How To Dress Well) and Canadian producer Jacques Greene. "On Your Side" features what each does best: Krell employs the upper registers of his vocal range while Greene provides a pulsating backbone upon which Krell's lyricism undulates frenetically. The match is lethal.
