Those goggles that New York artist, Morgan Z, is holding greatly depicts the kind of music he creates in his solo project called Chrome Canyon. Simply judging from the press photo above, Chrome Canyon is looking into the distance and it's a slight given that Morgan is working on something not part of the ordinary. His mission in Chrome Canyon is to transplant you into an alternative world of futuristic synth pop.
Today, we are premiering a mix by French producers, Chateau Marmont, of a track titled "Generations" from Chrome Canyon. Chateau Marmon kept the innovative sonic elements of "Generations" but infused the track with a more tropical and atmospheric resonance. A couple of weeks ago, Scion AV released the official music video/short film of "Generations". The video was directed by Ace Norton, who has worked with Best Coast and Bloc Party in the past.
