"So Stupid", the latest single off Chicago indie label Closed Sessions' new album, Closed Sessions Vol. 2 boasts a surprising first time collaboration between established rapper Sir Michael Rocks and promising SaveMoney/Kids These Days representative Vic Mensa.

Recorded last October, the DJ Babu (of Dilated Peoples/Beat Junkies) produced track finds the two Midwest spitters trading chilled out bars over DJ Babu's on point production.

In celebration of the album's release today, a rooftop party will be held at Chicago's Reggie’s Rock Club.  The party, which kicks off at 6pm (CST) and will last until 9pm, will feature free food, live music, and some special surprises for those arriving early. Closed Session Vol. 2 features guest verses from Blu, L.E.P. Bogus Boys, Naledge, Action Bronson and production from The Innovatorz, Thelonious Martin, Mike Jaxx is available for free download HERE.

Peep the compilation album's latest single above and check out some behind-the-scenes footage of Sir Mikey Rocks, Vic and DJ Babu in the studio cooking up "So Stupid" and speaking on their respective careers and their new collaborative record.
