Now, we've been supporters of Conner Youngblood from the beginning so it's not surprising to see him start to receive the attention he truly deserves. He constantly impresses the listener with his mixture of a wide range of instruments and his truly innocent sounding vocals. The track I'm bringing to you today is called "Proportions" which is actually a bit more minimal than some of his previous material. The best way to describe the track would be to say it combines the sadness/innocence of Toro Y Moi and the loneliness of Bon Iver. And, of course, it blends all of this into a highly chilled out experience. This track also marks the first major single released from his upcoming album, Sketches pt. 2, due out later this year.
