Art-rap kings Shabazz Palaces got their hands on Spank Rock's single "Car Song" off the duo's latest album Everything is Boring and Everyone is a Fucking Liar. The Seattle collective transformed the originally upbeat and lighthearted track into a more textured, bass-heavy cut. On the remix Santigold's vocals assume a darker, more eerie quality, thanks in part to the reworked production. You can stream both the original and the remix below. The remix will be made available digitally April 10 as a part of an official remix EP featuring several songs from Everything is Boring.
