Cartoons, anyone? Most animated shows are pretty rad on their own but add the vocal talents of a few up-and-coming rappers and you have entertainment on several levels. Cartoon Network's "Regular Show", which chronicles the adventures of a blue jay named Mordecai and a raccoon named Rigby, featured Childish Gambino, Tyler the Creator, MC Lyte and Kid Cudi on yesterday's episode entitled, "Rap It Up."

If you want a bit of synopsis, just know that Childish, Tyler and MC play members of a crew (appropriately called, "CrewCrew") who stand to battle Cudi, when Mordecai's nerdling dad, Pops, steps up to the plate. Smashed egos, Tyler's iconic laugh and hilarity ensue as Mordecai and Rigby try to help Pops prepare for a rap battle. Cartoons and rappers — too damn genius.
