Author is the brainchild of Jack Sparrow and Ruckspin, both based out of Leeds. If there is anyone wanting to get into an discussion about the future of dubstep, all I can really say on the matter is that I really hope it sounds like this.
Still keeping deep roots bass line, currently making my chest vibrate, that should please all the original dubsteppers. Author sounds as though they are bringing a trunk full of jazzy brass instruments, a la Cinematic Orchestra and a bucket or two of some major musicality along with them. The odd wobble here and there should hopefully keep the Bro-Steppers happy. Just don't expect a mosh pit. This music runs deeeeeeeep.
