Monogold – The Softest Glow [Album]

If Animal Collective had to spend one month inside a cave with the instruments from Bob Marley & The Wailers, ambient sounds coming from that cave would be Monogold.

This is another band that I fell in love with after L Magazine's Northside Festival. Since I can't stop raving about these guys, it is time for Monogold to be "Earmilked."

Monogold is a three-piece experimental band from Brooklyn, New York. Keith, Jared and Mike assemble together to blow a psychedelic chill that lingers through your body and is released into exotic dance movements. That's right, their rhythmic powers will make you behave outlandishly.

With only one album out, The Softest Glow was released earlier this year. "Spirit or Something" is an instant appealer but the entire collection has geniality. Just let Monogold breeze through with their avant vibrations.
