Today's delivery is brought to you by Gorillaz & Spacemonkeyz. I'd like to preface this post by saying how much I miss the old school Gorillaz sound. Perhaps its just me or perhaps its just something that comes as you age but I definitely miss the original style and the original contributors they used to use. So, with this post, I'm taking you all the way back to 2002 when the remix album, Laika Come Home, was released from the group Spacemonkeyz. It's their one and only release to date and basically they took the debut album from Gorillaz and gave it the proper dubbed out treatment. The result of which created one of the best remix albums of all time. Even Damon Albarn loved the remix album. The track I'm bringing to you today is called "Slow Country (Strictly Rubbadub)".
