Chill….. [Guest Writer]
Today's edition of your Daily 2% is brought to you by Switzerland based trio Sinner DC. Their 2009 album, Crystallized, combines more ambient synth work with sporadic vocals. The album, released on UK-based Ai Records, seems to fit into the darker side of the ambient techno world; although much of the album at times seems optimistic in an oddly melancholic way. "Coast," the last track on the album, sweeps and drones listeners into a euphoric haze filled with darkly optimistic harmonies, accented by ascending and descending white noise. The overall effect is definitely sufficient for kicking back with your daily chill…
