Today's delivery is brought to you by Gold Panda. We have featured Gold Panda a few times on the site but still don't feel he's getting the exposure he deserves. He released the Lucky Shiner EP year and before then, in 2009, he released 3 different EPs(Before, Miyamae, and Quitter's Raga). So now he's set to release his album Companion which features tracks from those EPs as well as a brand new track for the masses. The album actually drops today(March 22nd). If you are a fan of downtempo/ambient music and you appreciate genius producing then you will definitely want to check out the whole album. The whole album isn't downtempo but for the most part its very ethereal, ambient and highly cinematic. The track I'm bringing to you today is from that compilation album and is called "Lonely Owl".
