This is your Daily 2% – Chilled and Ready to Serve. We will try to bring you one "chill" track every day. This is for when you get home and you are trying to unwind. You reach for that glass of wine or that unlit Black & Mild or maybe you reach for something more herbal. This track is for those times. We are just your milkmen and I'm here to make a delivery. Chill…
Today's delivery is brought to you by OutKast. Now, there isn't much that needs to be said about this group unless you have been living under a rock since..forever. They may of started off hip-hop but they ended up influencing and using a lot more genres with their work. One thing I'll say is that, before Big Boi's latest solo album came out; many people would mostly speak of Andre 3000's skills as though he was superior. I can say that even I am guilty of that and I was also skeptical that Big Boi would do so well in a solo career but then he dropped his album. And he proved there's a reason OutKast remained so popular was because it housed TWO amazingly dope artists. They are just dope in different ways and are just "different" in general. Almost like outcasts… Anyway, the track I'm bringing to you today is "Elevators (Me & You)" which was the first single released from their second album, ATLiens. In regards to Hip-Hop; this is one of the chillest tracks you'll find. Check out the track and chill….
