Jay Electronica Premieres New Song [VIDEO]

Jay Electronica was performing live and then decided to play a new unreleased track that he said he hopes to release on his birthday which is September 19th. He doesn't actually perform the track but the impact remains the same because of the way he rhymes whether live or not. There's always a big smile on my face when I hear something new from Jay but enough talk..check out the video below.
