Today's delivery is brought to you by The Last Emperor (The Last Emp). I would definitely consider this guy still underground just because I haven't heard many people who know of him and I personally don't know his whole discography perfectly but when I hear any type of chilled out track I make a note to myself not to ever forget it. This track is from way back in the 90's but doesn't sound heavily dated when you listen to it nowadays. The track is called "Black Magic" and I'm not 100% positive which album it was on but I will say that I can bet that full album is dope if just based on the skill present in this track.
