I'm absolutely in love with Hannah Reid, and it makes me sad, yet glad every time I see a new remix of either a London Grammar jam or Disclosure's "Help Me Lose my Mind." I love it because I get to hear her hauntingly sexy voice, but I hate it because it reminds me of how I have never seen her live (and I'm not married to her).
Luckily, the beat maker Ta-ku just released his rendition of "Help Me Lose My Mind" emphasizing a slightly elevated demand for dancing movements. We're used to the coffee house electronic version from the Disclosure brothers, but this one is a bongo banging groove with progressive undertones and a whole lot of that authentic Ta-ku love. I'm enthralled by his marketing strategies, seeing that he stays connected with his fan base and is always one for good vibes.
T dubs this one as an "unofficial ting" so we're thinking this was probably a spare time gem he's had on deck for a while. I deeply recommend taking a look into the young Japanese producer's discography. He's seamlessly consistent with each drop, and his song choice melds with my soul. Take a listen below.
