This week I'll bring in some techno for your rave ears. I've got Alex Metric's "Rave Weapon" which is appropriately titled and is certain to melt some faces next time you play it out. He actually dropped a full EP but this track is probably the most club/rave friendly.
Here's a Midknight mix featuring this weeks delivery of tech house, which includes some Mark Knight, Jay Lumen, and Futuristic Polar Bears, to name just a few. Top tech track of the week for me is Kink's remix of Sneaky Sound System's "Really Want To See You Again", what's yours?

Nicky Romero hit 100k fans on his Facebook page this past week and as a treat for his fans he's given us a free download of his latest track "Tension". This comes just days after the release of his collaboration with David Guetta called "Metropolis" that I featured here on Earmilk last week. Both tracks are club ready bombs, with signature Nicky Romero builds and massive drops that are progressing with each song we hear from him. There are a few producers that I follow that when I see a track with their name attached to it, I already know I'm going to love it. Hardwell is another one of those names and this week he's released a vocal club mix for Rihanna, and while I don't love the vocals, Hardwell makes it work.

Last week I introduced Avicii's remix of Madonna's "Girl Gone Wild", and today I've got the Dada Life remix of that same song. As you can except it drops a bit heavier, but what I love most about the song is the vocal treatment. As they did in "Rolling Stone T-Shirt", the boys of Dada introduce a similar talking robot voice that sweeps nicely into the original Madonna vocals. R3hab also dropped a new track this week titled "Chainsaw Showers", and I'd have to say its one of the finest pieces of work from the Dutchman.
Porter Robinson has taken the EDM world by storm over the past year with his unique combination of progressive and electro house with dubstep and electro sounds, and today I've got for you his latest work titled "Language". Probably my favourite track from the youngster to date, it's inspired me to feature a few more tracks with a similar vibe. Chris Ramos' remix of Gabrielle Aplin begins with some lovely vocals and works its way into a a really fun, dance worthy drop with pitch bends set to perfection. Its our first look at the Toronto producer who's work reminds me of the young French phenom Madeon, who's remix of Martin Solveig's "The Night Out" dropped this week along with A-Trak's remix of the same song.
This is probably the first and last time I'll post an Usher song, but the Kaskade remix here today is just too good to pass up. Its got a similar sounding drop to "Turn It Down", and while I'd prefer Rebecca & Fiona's vocals over Usher's, this will have to do. Both Kaskade and Dirty South have been at the forefront of the progressive house movement over the last few years and with tracks like these its easy to see why. Alex Gaudino returns with Jason Rooney this week and they team up to craft up an incredible remix of OTC's "The Year Of The Cat".
