Today's delivery is brought to you by King Krule. This redhead artist is able to maintain a sound that is equally innocent and raw. He's only 17 (possibly 18 now) and quickly caused an internet stir when he first hit the scene. His whole persona somewhat reminds me of Jean-Michel Basquiat in the fact that both of these artists express themselves in what could be seen as a simplistic form yet the genius is obviously present. King Krule brings a new way to listen to the world around you. The track I'm bringing to you today is called "Bleak Bake" which comes from his recently released self titled EP. With this song you'll find, much like most of his music, that it contains washed out instrumentals mixed with his own raspy and unrefined vocal talent.
