Vancouver-based electronic dance music label Monstercat has now launched mctv (Monstercat TV), a new multi-format live streaming program hosted on Monstercat's Twitch channel.
The newest initiative in Monstercat's ongoing commitment to its community of artists and fans, mctv offers a way to connect virtually while the world practices social distancing. Airing live Tuesday and Thursday afternoons weekly, fans can meet and greet with their favourite artists as well as look into the lives of said artists around the world as they perform live, share their unique stories and give a behind-the-scenes look at their music production. Streams will be made available as episodes on Twitch after live airing.
All donations made during mctv Twitch broadcasts will go to WHO COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund.
