After much anticipation, Insomniac has finally unveiled the 2019 lineup for Las Vegas' infamous Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC). Returning to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, the global festival destination will run from May 17th to the 19th; the annual three-day event will feature more than 240 of the world's most talented dance music artists including Alesso, Green Velvet & Claude VonStroke's Get Real, Idris Elba, Illenium, Jamie Jones and A$AP ROCKY.

Insomniac Events founder Pasquale Rotella, had recruited famed scientist/television star Billy Nye to reveal this year's theme: Kinetic Energy. In a trailer modelled after his infamous television intro, Nye notes, "Think of the potential. Hundreds of thousands of people moving their bodies, freeing their minds, and dancing to music under the glow of spectacular light. We’ll convert all this potential to a carnival of kinetic energy!"

Continuing the tradition, Insomniac’s various brands will curate multiple stages at EDC Las Vegas, with HARD (cosmicMEADOW), Factory 93 (neonGARDEN), Bassrush (bassPOD), Basscon (wasteLAND), Dreamstate (quantumVALLEY), and Insomniac Records (stereoBLOOM) dotting the landscape of EDC Las Vegas’ largest festival footprint at the Speedway to date.

The full list of eclectic acts can be found, here. Ticket information is available at the Electric Daisy Carnival website.
