Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana, Dominican Republic

Four Night All Inclusive Resort Party

Rare performances, surprise back to back sets, and intimate shows in unique destinations has been the flagship for Holy Ship! since its maiden voyage. Now the musical odyssey will touch down on land for the debut of Holy Ship! Wrecked, bringing a who’s who lineup of electronic music’s biggest stars to a resort and oceanfront paradise in the Dominican Republic, January 22-26.

For four days and nights, Holy Ship! Wrecked will takeover the all-inclusive and luxurious Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana. The new event concept from HARD Events, Cloud 9 Adventures and The Bowery Presents will offer multiple stage environments, beachfront and poolside parties, and dusk till dawn dancing under Caribbean skies.

The 2020 lineup features the cross-genre electronic music palate that continues to define the Holy Ship! musical experience. Grammy award winning dance icon Diplo will make his much anticipated return to the party, revered by OG Shippers for soundtracking massive sail-away parties and island throwdowns on past editions. Turntable genius and Fool’s Gold curator A-Trak also returns to action, as well as electro-pop forerunners Madeon, Jai Wolf, and Big Wild.

DIRTYBIRD kingpin Claude VonStroke will lead the house-music contingent alongside other 4/4 favorites like Chris Lake, Justin Martin, Walker & Royce, Gorgon City, Desert Hearts crew, Eagles & Butterflies, VNSSA and others. Lane 8 is set to follow up his 2017 sunrise spectacle with another journey into the emotive tones of the modern progressive movement.

Bass music too will be on full display at Holy Ship!’s mainland debut. GUD Vibrations leaders NGHTMRE and Slander will lead the heavier side of the event’s curation, joined by experimental tones from acts like Tokimonsta and Mr Carmack. The low end continues with sets by 12th Planet, Snails, GG Magree, Whipped Cream and Memba, plus DnB specialist Ivy Lab and the hip-hop infused beats of 2 Cents.

Holy Ship! Wrecked will also welcome party takeovers from some of electronic music’s most widely recognized brands and collectives. Attendees will be treated to exclusively curated events like Walker & Royce: Rules Don’t Apply, Snails & 12th Planet Present: The Royal Rumble, Gorgon City: Realm, Fool’s Gold Rap Party, Desert Hearts, Dirtybird Pool Party and more.

The new event concept will continue Holy Ship!’s ideology of pushing cutting edge sounds from all corners of the underground. Left-field specialist Leon Vynehall is set to offer up an experimental blend of lo-fi, jazz, and electronica, and UK pioneer Skream will make his return to the fold with a masterful melding of genres, ranging from avant garde disco to gritty techno.

Shipfam can expect the usual favorites – sunrise set (on the beach!), the OG Party and gifts for returning fans, intimate artist hosted activity sessions, outlandish theme nights and showcases from top labels, and a Positive Legacy day of service to give back to the local community. New and improved features include daily pool parties, complementary/unlimited drinks including alcohol (no drink tickets + no bar bill!), complimentary meals in 9 different restaurants (including pizza, sushi, Mediterranean, Brazilian steakhouse, and 24 hour room service, among others); plus, free high speed internet throughout the entire property.

For an additional charge, fans will have access to a full service casino with sportsbook, a Jack Nicklaus designed golf course located on site, and luxurious spa. This resort based party will also offer kick-ass island excursions including ATV rides through the jungle, fishing trips, sunset catamaran sailings, and much more! If you were a fan of the Spa on ship, just wait to see what’s in store for you here – 65,000 feet of spa magic with the largest Hydro-Therapy Circuit in the Caribbean. To offset the additional cost on these upcharge items, fans will receive an unlimited amount of resort credits, which can be used around the property like cash. Your resort credits cover the advertised price so you only come out of pocket for a 25% service charge on these extras.

Like on ship, everyone will be there for Holy Ship! Wrecked with no outside guests at the resort. All of the shows take place just steps away from fans’ own private guest suites that come with a complimentary mini-bar and liquor dispenser, 24 hour room service, your own personal hot tub, and a private balcony. Each guest suite is an average of 3 times the size of those cozy cabins that have come to feel like home!

It remains the inclusive ethos of the Shipfam community that has given Holy Ship! events their global reputation. On land or sea, first timer or veteran, all who step into their world of mischief is granted membership into a world-wide network of genial party-professionals. It is with much anticipation that Shipfam prepare to descend upon their new luxurious home of Punta Cana, DR.
