Today, Grammy-nominated artist CyHi, will premiere the first episode of his new video series THE HARDWAY MUSICAL PRESENTS: BARCODE. Announcing his new innovative series earlier this week, the episodes are designed to give his fans access to his music as he prepares for his forthcoming album, BARCODE.
Including guest appearances from B. Simone, Emmanuel Hudson, Desi Banks, Nav, Karlous, Trizzy, Phillip Hudson, Chico Bean, Wallo267, Money Bag Mafia, and Tracy T, the series will include live performances, comical skits, and interactive tools. Fans will also get an opportunity to catch a Q&A with CyHi and shop for some exclusive merch. “I’ve been keeping silent for a while, just biding my time, but now I’m ready to start sharing myself in a way I haven’t done before,” he said. “BARCODE has allowed me to showcase my screenwriting skills and acting ability in the most creative and impactful way possible”.
With new episodes dropping every Wednesday of November, the series will give devoted listeners to see how talented he is. While the series will be filled with entertaining acts and good music, BARCODE will also have a segment dedicated to raising funds, with a portion of the proceeds going towards his album, as well as prison reform initiatives and assisting with medical attention for prison facilities. The upcoming album will be CyHi’s first release since his debut studio album, No Dope On Sundays, back in 2017. Recognized as one of hip-hop’s most gifted lyricists, the Atlanta-native, is sure to wow his fans with his upcoming project.
