Today, CRSSD announced the phase one lineup for its March 2nd-3rd festival, locked around the forward-thinking electronic music curation on which its reputation has been built. The Spring Edition will hand more than 40 acts their CRSSD debut across the event’s three stages, highlighting the festival’s ongoing commitment to bringing cutting edge talent to California.

CRSSD will again take-over San Diego’s idyllic Waterfront Park. Grassy lawns, ocean views, an intimate footprint and the dramatic back-drop of San Diego’s county building and the San Diego skyline make this one of America’s most singular festival experiences. Each edition sees CRSSD take over the city for the weekend, with day-time pop-ups and after parties, CRSSD has also produced a Patrick Topping Amtrak train party and hosted a unique performance from Bob Moses in San Diego’s famed Tower of Man.

CRSSD’s renowned Ocean View stage will play host to the likes of Grammy nominated giants ODESZA, dream-pop icons Phantogram, the unstoppable live antics of Jungle, plus a slew of other mainstage performances by Petit Biscuit, Whethan, Ladytron, Maribou State, Tourist, Charlotte Lawrence, Giorgia Angiuli and more.

The house and disco haven of the Palms stage will welcome the melodic mastery of Lane 8, Dirtybird favorite Justin Martin along with friends for some major b2b madness, New York house legend Armand Van Helden, Phantasy boss Erol Alkan, and Diynamic mainstays Kollektiv Turmstrasse. The 4/4 lineup then leans towards its eclectic roots with sets by Hot Chip frontman Joe Goddard and Raf Daddy as The 2 Bears, lo-fi house kingpin DJ Seinfeld, plus Reggie Watts and John Tejada’s Wajatta project.

City Steps will see inaugural CRSSD performances by Maceo Plex’s darker alias Maetrik, Cuttin' Headz label bosses The Martinez Brothers, Stephan Bodzin live, and the harder shades of Pan-Pot and Enrico Sangiuliano. The festival debuts continue with creative techno stars Avalon Emerson and Rebekah, Japan’s DJ Nobu, and Fort Romeau amongst others.

CRSSD has established a unique vibe built around Southern California culture and dance music’s underground roots, becoming a destination for music devotés who crave the avant-garde shades of electronic music. Just minutes away from the Amtrak station, CRSSD’s grassy haven is complete with picturesque sunsets, splash friendly fountains, and three waterfront stages. CRSSD also offers craft beer, gourmet food vendors, and a full mixology program. CRSSD is a 21+ festival.
