Our favorite lad is back with big news. Earlier this week British producer Mark E revealed his preparations for a second full-length album titled, Product of Industry. As was the case with his last EP, Black Country Roots, inspiration is drawn from the historical Industrial Revolution that swayed and reshaped Mark's native homeland regions. The producer explains how the name, idea, and branding of the new LP all highlight a certain shift brought forth by the decline of industry where he and his family have resided in generation after generation.
The nine track LP, set for release April 28th, embodies tones that Mark E, himself, recalls as "grinding, continuous, heavy, relentless, soulful, and delicate". Touching base with rounded descriptions of full-circled emotions, the promise of his second album under Ghostly's Spectral Sound sounds appealing and special.
