Electronic/AV artist Venice Bleach is back with his arresting new single, "First Born," a song that plays more like a living, breathing work of art than the latest single to drop on Spotify. "First Born" is composed of field recordings and tape loops and is raw, cinematic, and experimental. It’s a work that straddles the haunted nostalgia of forgotten movies and the thumping immediacy of underground dance floors.

From its first note, "First Born" conjures a visceral, dream-like atmosphere. Vintage synth textures meet deep, earth-shattering bass, pulling the listener into a sonic space where memory, cinema, and club culture intersect.

The second piece in a four-part series of releases leading to his debut EP. "First Born" showcases Venice Bleach’s drive to continue pushing boundaries and challenging expectations. These singles originate from his live audio-visual performances and pioneering mixed-reality concerts, where he has commandeered art galleries, warehouse spaces, and parties all over the planet. Every installment in this continually expanding series is part of the same overarching narrative, one in which sound and visuals breach traditional barriers and become new modes of experiencing music.

Venice Bleach is building worlds. 'First Born' is a deep draw for the listener into the textures, the collision of sound design and human emotion. With cinematic scope and underground grit, it’s a bold herald of what’s to come on his debut EP. For music listeners interested in hearing something fresh, thrilling, and deeply felt, Venice Bleach’s First Born is more than just a track to stream. It’s an experience that’s not to be missed.
