Speaking on the meaning behind the song, Captain Crocodile shares: “The track, in essence, is about severing toxic habits from your life—and the vulnerability and anxiety that often comes with it. The world is a stressful and demanding place; it’s easy to build negative relationships, and even harder to break away from them.”
