Bolstered by Ethan Johnson's surreal and gloomy pads, crisp keys and punchy downtempo drums, Kaleai confronts her former lover with defiance as she sings

You always keep me on my toes
The only thing forgivable is you're so damn forgettable
Must be hard to see me now"
She then reaches a crescendo on the hook section with an irreverent fervour reminding her ex of what they missed.
